Bruins clip Red Wings on Pavel Zacha’s OT winner

Pavel Zacha buried David Pastrnak’s feed at 2:15 of overtime to lift the Boston Bruins past the visiting Detroit Red Wings 3-2 on Tuesday.After Detroit star Dylan Larkin hit the post on a partial breakaway early in the extra frame, Pastrnak started a give-and-go with his linemate between the circles and scored a wrist shot from the right dot for the game-winner.Nikita Zadorov and Justin Brazeau also scored for Boston, which has won back-to-back games. Brazeau’s power-play goal knotted the score with 10:28 remaining in regulation.Joonas Korpisalo made 25 saves for the Bruins, including 12 in the second period. He did not face an official shot on goal in overtime.Lucas Raymond scored both Detroit goals, giving him seven in the last seven games while moving his career-long point streak to eight games. The 22-year-old winger’s first goal marked his 200th career NHL point. Only five Swedish players have reached that mark at his age or younger.Simon Edvinsson and Michael Rasmussen each tallied an assist. Edvinsson also had the second assist on Raymond’s second tally.Ville Husso was credited with 32 stops for Detroit, which is 0-1-2 in its last three games following consecutive victories.Boston led 35-27 in shots on goal and 38-12 in hits. Both teams scored a power-play goal.
