Sunday April 24th, The New My 96 1 invites all area runners and walkers to test their stamina at the Go The Extra Mile for Covenant Kids Half Marathon and 5K all taking place at the Swan Valley High School  Registration is underway…come join the expected 1,200+ runners.   And it’s all for a great cause…Covenant Kids!  Covenant Kids is a fund managed by Covenant HealthCare Foundation. Monies in this fund are dedicated to enhancing the care for all Covenant kids, which includes any Covenant patient under the age of 18 and their families.  Learn more about Covenant Kids by clicking here!

Join our very own Rachel Geddes as she broadcasts from the State Street location of Catholic Federal Credit Union on Thursday March 31st 11a-1pm and Tuesday April 19 11a-1pm.   Catholic Federal is the presenting sponsor of the Go the Extra for Covenant Kids event.  Rachel will be talking to race coordinators and training experts to help you get ready for the event!  My 96 1’s Scott Stine will be live at the Swan Valley High School for Go the Extra Mile for Covenant Kids.
